Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end management of key initiatives that aim to increase user engagement and conversion
Identify gaps across buyer journeys and optimize user interface with product solutions and design improvements
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of engagement campaigns and events.
Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and develop tangible actions to drive higher levels of user engagement and loyalty.
Position Requirement
Requirements:
Bachelor in Design, HCI, or related quantitative field with 1+ years of digital product design experience
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop or Adobe After Effects
Strong sense of ownership, reliable and good team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Bonus if have experience in e-Commerce or tech industry
