Position Overview We're seeking a motivated Marketing Specialist who combines strong copywriting skills with hands-on digital marketing execution. You'll manage content calendars, take care of email marketing, publish campaigns, and ensure projects move forward on time. You don't need to be an expert in every channel on day one, but you should bring curiosity, ownership, and the drive to learn. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and UX/UI Designer, contributing directly to Teem's demand generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Write and edit clear, persuasive content for blogs, case studies, newsletters, cold email campaigns, nurturing sequences, and social media.
Manage and maintain the marketing content calendar, ensuring deadlines are met.
Update and optimize website content for messaging consistency and SEO visibility.
Support the coordination, promotion, and follow-up of webinars.
Draft and schedule newsletters and email campaigns within our marketing automation tools.
Repurpose long-form content (case studies, webinars, transcripts) into multiple formats across channels.
Collaborate with design to create high-quality, on-brand assets.
Track and report on content and campaign performance, suggesting improvements.
Required Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in marketing, content, or communications (B2B experience preferred).
Strong copywriting and editing skills with examples of engaging, audience-focused content.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels including SEO, email, and social media.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through to completion.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field, OR equivalent work experience.
- Experience working with US companies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with marketing automation and CMS platforms.
Understanding of SEO best practices.
Exposure to healthcare, staffing, or SaaS industries.
