Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Google.

  • Monitor performance metrics to analyze campaign effectiveness and implement data-driven optimizations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies.

  • Present campaign results and insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

  • Maintain organized project timelines to manage multiple campaigns and deliverables.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to leverage best practices.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in managing digital advertising campaigns.

  • Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate to Fluent level.

  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Detail-oriented with effective project management and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.

  • Experience with additional digital marketing tools and platforms.

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
