- Trabalhar em parceria com equipes globais para padronizar processos e aprimorar a jornada do cliente;
- Gerenciar escalonamentos e propor soluções estratégicas;
- Promover a melhoria contínua e disseminar a cultura de foco no cliente.
Seu perfil
- Experiência prévia com liderança em Customer Support / Atendimento ao Cliente;
- Fluncia em inglês, espanhol e português (nível avançado ou nativo);
- Excelente comunicação e perfil analítico;
- Experiência no setor de saúde, diagnóstico ou biotecnologia é um diferencial.
