Suas tarefas
  • Liderar e desenvolver o time de Customer Support LATAM;
  • Garantir excelência no atendimento e cumprimento de KPIs e SLAs;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com equipes globais para padronizar processos e aprimorar a jornada do cliente;
  • Gerenciar escalonamentos e propor soluções estratégicas;
  • Promover a melhoria contínua e disseminar a cultura de foco no cliente.


Seu perfil
  • Experiência prévia com liderança em Customer Support / Atendimento ao Cliente;
  • Fluência em inglês, espanhol e português (nível avançado ou nativo);
  • Excelente comunicação e perfil analítico;
  • Experiência no setor de saúde, diagnóstico ou biotecnologia é um diferencial.
