Responsável por atuar como elo entre integrador, instalador e a Sirius, estreitando o relacionamento para fidelizar estes profissionais em nossa base. Gerenciando o processo de venda de ponta a ponta.
- Identificar novas oportunidades de negócios para os principais clientes;
- Construir e manter um forte relacionamento com os clientes;
- Desenvolver um relacionamento consultivo confiável com contas, stakeholders de clientes e parceiros internos;
- Preparar e garantir previsões mensais, trimestrais e anuais de vendas;
- Atender integradores/instaladores diariamente seja por telefone, e-mail ou WhatsApp;
- Gerar orçamentos de acordo com a necessidade;
- Negociar kits fotovoltaicos de acordo com as variáveis (prazo, preço, produto, forma de pagamento) visando o fechamento e posterior pós-venda;
- Realizar cobrança do pagamento de acordo com a forma acordada previamente e com a devida quitação;
- Solicitar a nota fiscal ao financeiro e encaminhar para o integrador/instalador;
- Acompanhar junto à logística da expedição do pedido e posterior rastreio até a chegada ao endereço do cliente final;
- Realizar levantamento de todos os dados necessários para entrada nas plataformas de convênio bancário (caso o cliente opte por financiamento);
- Gerenciar verbas de repasse referente a instalação do equipamento;
- Reportar á diretoria, forncendo suporte e sugestões sobre o mercado, visando melhorias de faturamento e atingimento de metas;
- E outras atividades relacionadas.
