We're looking someone like that to help us with the following:
- assist with the preparation of internal materials for committees and board meetings
- support business performance analysis
- development of strategic materials for the team
- coordination of communication activities
- assist the UBS WM Leadership team with any ad-hoc projects/analysis
- work in collaboration with support and commercial team
- help structure and improve internal processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains
- assist with governance initiatives and area controls

Your team
You will be working within the UBS WM Business Management team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. We are the team responsible for managing the relationship with internal stakeholders, focusing on strength our business model in the Brazilian market and directly support WM Senior Leadership.
Your expertise
- students of Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics with graduation date of December 2026 or after
- solid skills with Excel
- advanced English desirable (verbal & written)
- good communication & problem-solving skills
- strong analytical and organizational skills
- positive attitude and detail oriented
