Estamos em busca de um Gerente de Contas em Curitiba/ PR. O profissional será responsável por fortalecer o relacionamento com a base de clientes existente e identificar novas oportunidades de negócios.
Principais Responsabilidades:
• Manter e fortalecer o relacionamento com clientes da base, realizando contato ativo via e-mail, WhatsApp e reuniões presenciais.
• Agendar e conduzir reuniões estratégicas, almoços e visitas comerciais para apresentação de soluções.
• Acompanhar orçamentos e negociações, garantindo um atendimento consultivo e personalizado.
• Identificar novas oportunidades de negócios por meio de prospecção ativa (inbound leads, feiras, reativação de inativos).
• Representar a empresa em feiras e eventos, expandindo a rede de contatos e oportunidades comerciais.
• Realizar visitas programadas em diferentes estados (PR, SP, MG e SC), com disponibilidade para viagens pelo Brasil.
• Acompanhar cotações passadas, identificar oportunidades de negócio e reativar negociações perdidas.
• Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes internas de engenharia e produção para garantir a execução eficiente dos projetos.
• Registrar interações com clientes e manter o CRM atualizado para garantir integridade e visibilidade dos dados.
• Negociar e fechar negócios com clientes, garantindo a conversão de oportunidades em vendas concretas (comissionadas).
Requisitos:
• Experiência anterior na função, com vivência em vendas técnicas, B2B ou soluções industriais.
• Superior completo em Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Elétrica ou áreas correlatas.
• Habilidade em definição de metas e planejamento estratégico.
• Experiência com CRM/ERP e softwares de gestão de processos.
• Fortes habilidades de comunicação e gestão de relacionamento.
• Espanhol desejável.
Disponibilidade para viagens.
• Fácil acesso a Colombo/PR.
Remuneração e Benefícios:
• Salário a combinar (Contrato PJ).
• Comissão atrativa sobre vendas.
• Horário de trabalho: Segunda à sexta-feira, das 08h às 17h.
