Responsabilidades:
- Monitorar o cumprimento efetivo das atividades que cada Program Advisor deve cumprir durante
seu dia de trabalho;
- Gerenciar o banco de dados de forma que o planejamento diário possa ser cumprido e
gerar os registros esperados;
- Garantir o acompanhamento do atendimento aos prospects atribuídos pela área de Marketing
- Apoiar, gerenciar a parte administrativa e fechamento da venda;
- Acompanhamento de casos relacionados a outras áreas para responder e solucionar solicitações;
- Contribuir para os webinars e se fazer presente na área de Admissões;
- Identificar e analisar áreas de oportunidade em métricas de negócios para tomada de decisão com impacto nos inscritos;
− Monitorar o cumprimento dos indicadores de performance do time.
Experiência Necessária:
− A partir de 5 anos de experiência em vendas, gerenciando equipes comerciais/força de vendas;
− Experiência em Vendas de Intangíveis (serviços);
− Inglês avançado;
− Especialista em Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel;
− Conhecimento de Salesforce ou algum CRM, internet avançada, programas para reportar indicadores de
o processo comercial e interações telefônicas;
− Domínio de Ferramentas para geração de relatórios para análise e conversão de cotações de desempenho;
− Desenvolvimento de apresentações executivas;
− Experiência na área educacional é plus.
