**During your day as a Team Lead you will**:

- Act as an escalation point to ensure that client requests are addressed and that solution delivery is executed to the customer's satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain current client relationships.
- Actively manage and grow accounts.
- Collaborate with a distributed team (across US and Brazil) in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to deliver high-quality services to customers.
- On-board new team members, provide mentoring and guidance to members of the consulting and support teams. Ensure the entire team follows consulting best practices.
- IT consulting background with a strong customer service culture;
**As a Team Lead you need**:

- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and in a professional manner in English
- Strong leadership skills, past-work experience, and competence in managing the delivery of complex consulting projects.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical capabilities, creative problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Experience in leading teams to deliver unique customer, prospect, or partner experience;

- Solid organizational and time-management skills;
- An ability to cultivate partnerships and build consensus.
