Then, this is the position for you. Amazon’s Retail Team is looking for a dynamic and talented manager to achieve the business/operations goals for vendors in the Brazil marketplace. The Team Lead Account Mgmt will be responsible for stablishing scalable and automatic programs for tier 2 vendors, also managing the team that will support those vendors. Team Lead will also be responsible for driving projects and setting processes within their team and will be the key advocate for his/her category - building a world-class discovery and purchase experience for customers, expanding selection, and helping to define, shape and execute long-term strategic initiatives. They will work with various stakeholders and teams across the Amazon organization both locally and internationally.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of 3+ account managers to deliver results against a set of ambitious goals.
- Lead sales and business development conversations with Vendor accounts.
- Build scalable and automate processes to enable Massive Account Management
- Define ambitious plans and see them through to tangible results
- Identify new, innovative opportunities and translate these into tangible results
- Solve complex problems using structured thinking and data driven insight
- Operate in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing their efforts and their team’s efforts
- Influence individuals at all levels of the organization
- Take the initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy
- Execute tasks geared towards adding selection, reducing defects, increasing revenue and reducing costs for our customers.

Master’s Degree preferred;
- Experience selling nascent products/services into new markets;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Work experience preferably in the eCommerce, on-line advertising or retail;
- History of exceeding targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
