We are currently looking for a Manager Account Management (M/F/d) to join the awesomeness of GSG in our LATAM team in SÃO PAULO.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- While reporting to the Country Manager, the Manager Account Management is responsible and accountable for all sales and account management initiatives and activities for LATAM Operations (Brazil & Mexico).
- This individual is tasked with hiring, training, coaching, and developing the account management team to hit country targets. He/she shall be a collaborative, energetic and accountable leader, driving the team to hit revenue targets and KPIs.
- This individual shall act as the primary touchpoint with his/her global counterpart in Munich, as well as with other account managers responsible for other regions (Europe, United States and Asia), working together to implement all local and global initiatives and increase the performance and development of the overall team. In alignment with Country Head, he/she shall drive strategy, act as a consultant to bring partner performance and discipline among the team.
- He/ She shall lead by example, be a strong influencer of change and advance strategic goals into detailed operational plans for his/her staff.
- The Manager of Account Management must be capable of presenting and communicating in front of large audiences both internally and externally.
- He/ She preferably has a network of senior contacts within our industry and is able to build relations to top executives within agencies, networks, and e-commerce shops and represent the company at industry events and any other additional functions as and when required and having an understanding of the affiliate marketing industry (all relevant publisher models, budgeting process, tracking technology) is a plus and full responsibility for the management and growth of customers in the assigned vertical.
- He/ She must keep up to date with the latest trends within the affiliate marketing industry and be able to identify opportunities in the market, as well as have a good understanding of all other relevant marketing channels such as performance marketing, influencer marketing, Display, Social, offline & TV.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree in Business/Marketing, Communication, Engineering or similar
- Minimum 3 years experience in a sales and account management role
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity of leading teams
- Highly motivated and self-driven to create and communicate vision
- Strong analytical skills and data driven to be able to monitor and improve KPIs
- Demonstrated experience in partnership or stakeholder management is essential
- An advocate for change and process improvement and proven ability to execute follow through
- Ability to bring structure to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese is required
