The Regional Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. - Lead the Production Support team for the Latin America region to respond to system queries timely, perform assessment/troubleshooting, escalate issues to corresponding teams, and monitor the progress to actively share updates with stakeholders.
- Identify issue trends, conduct research to provide common solutions or problem prevention methods for repetitively reported issues, and improve system stability.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders such as Product Managers, Software Developers, and Engineers to deliver a satisfactory user experience.
- Provide support in internal user management, parameter, and static data maintenance processes, and maintenance of App content.
- Identify and grow talents, lead, motivate and coach team members to establish and develop an effective team.
- Design and ensure appropriate tools and processes are utilized for the Production Support team to effectively perform their role.

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Problem solver with the ability to understand different issues and structure action plans timely.
- Team Management experience.
- Able to lead, develop, and manage the team to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organisation. Experience in managing a team in previous roles is preferred.
- Collaborative and supportive of teammates.
- A strong interest in and desire to learn new products/technologies.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to perform in a dynamic environment.
- Responsive with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in English and Portuguese in order to collaborate with counterparts across various regions. Spanish is a plus.
