Join us **Your mission will be**: - Responsible of the planning and organization of audiovisual and other productions for the creative team, assuring high quality and budget efficiency; - Works closely with the creative team and filmmakers to assign production needs; - Operates production budgets with suppliers and stakeholder; - Manages suppliers and talent contracts; - In charge of audiovisual equipment; - Develops project workflows and timetables. **Ideal qualifications**: - A minimum of 8+ years working in advertising production and post-production, experience leading teams prefered; - Must have experience in storytelling and audiovisual production; - Advanced English in mandatory. **Required skills**: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; - Skills for negotiation; - Executional excellence: Organized and efficient while working on multiple projects at the same time; - Highly responsible: Empowered to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality and unity for all the brand assets; - Owner mentality: Problem solves and achieves quality with whatever resources are available; - Loves teamwork: Mentor and helps others grow; - Flows perfectly in a fast-paces environment.
