Team Lead – Media Sales Support You will lead a high‑performing sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery by motivating your team to achieve and exceed targets. Responsibilities Team Leadership and Development: Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to team members. Foster a culture of high engagement, collaboration, and accountability, and proactively address performance behaviors by implementing improvement plans to drive success. Revenue Growth and Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets. Inspire the team to think creatively, adopt innovative sales approaches, and identify opportunities to scale sales programs and maximize impact. Operational Excellence: Manage day‑to‑day team operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and performance metrics. Monitor key metrics (Engagement Score, Adoption, Pitch Rate, etc.) and drive improvements through data‑driven decisions. Streamline processes to optimize team efficiency and productivity. Strategic Insights and Reporting: Analyze performance data to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights. Deliver clear, concise, and meaningful reports to stakeholders, with a focus on solutions, and ensure Business Reviews include actionable recommendations and a compelling narrative. Client and Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between the team, clients, and internal stakeholders. Work with cross‑functional teams to align on business goals and implement best practices, and lead the team in building strong relationships with clients to drive engagement and retention. Qualifications Experience & Results: Proven track record of inspiring a team and driving results in a fast‑paced environment. Handle high expectations while maintaining a productive, positive team atmosphere. Adaptability & Problem‑Solving: Navigate challenging dynamics with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to team members. Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Sheets and Slides for data analysis, reporting, and presentations. Language Fluency: Advanced English and full professional fluency in Portuguese. Preferred: Digital marketing certificate, Google Ads experience/knowledge, Strategic & Analytical Skills, Mentorship & Development, Previous Sales Experience.
