Join our brand-new team in Rio de Janeiro as a Team Lead and be a driving force behind the growth of the Brazilian market, as we strive to be the world's largest and most trusted au pair program.
We are searching for a motivated, energetic individual with a strong passion for sales, marketing, and leadership. As a Team Lead, you will have the autonomy to run your team like a small business, reporting directly to the Country Product Manager based in São Paulo.
Your role will be crucial in shaping the strategy for the three Brazilian regions. Your responsibilities will encompass strategy development, sales and marketing initiatives, goal setting, and staff management. Your efforts will have a positive impact, as we transform lives and foster the creation of global families through the au pair program.
**What you will do**:
- Strategize, coordinate, and execute sales and marketing initiatives, encompassing lead generation strategies both online and offline, within your given budget.
- Lead 2 direct reports. Develop their sales skills through training and coaching. Track their achievements and provide performance reviews.
- Achieve sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Management of quality control and customer service via contact with US operations

- Professional Requirements_
- 2-5 years' work experience in the sales and/or marketing functions, having staff management experience is a plus
- University/College graduate. A marketing or business degree is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in an international environment
- Full proficiency in Portuguese and English
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Word)
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus
