We're Hiring: Senior Oracle Database Administrator (Performance Tuning Expert)

Are you a seasoned Oracle DBA with a passion for performance optimization and deep technical expertise? We're looking for a
Senior Oracle Database Administrator
to join our team and support overseas projects with high-impact database solutions.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead performance tuning and query optimization efforts in Oracle environments
  • Analyze SQL execution plans and provide actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with DBAs and development teams to implement optimization strategies
  • Manage Oracle database environments: installation, configuration, patching, backups, recovery, and disaster recovery
  • Ensure database security, compliance, and data integrity
  • Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives
  • Document processes and provide technical guidance for database-related incidents


What We're Looking For:

  • 7 to 11 years
    of hands-on experience in Oracle database administration
  • Proven expertise in
    performance tuning
    , query analysis, and optimization
  • Ability to interpret SQL execution plans and communicate effectively with senior technical stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle features, best practices, and cloud migration strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
