About this role
As an Analyst, you will provide BlackRock asset management capabilities to Wealth Clients. Develop expertise on the entire range of investment solutions available, which includes mainly exchange traded funds (ETFs), portfolio management, asset allocation ideas through optimizations, knowledge transfer, thought leadership, coordinate roadshows, closely involved in budgeting and planning of the team.
Responsibilities:
 
•    Driving sales of BlackRock products by developing deep relationships with Financial institutions.
 
•    Developing a deep understanding of the varying asset managers to align a sales strategy around this framework.
 
•    Producing expected sales results and activity levels as defined by team leadership.
 
•    Positioning and differentiating BlackRock and our products against competitor firms and their products.
 
•    Working with Blackrock internal partners and resources (marketing, product specialists, Portfolio Managers, etc…) to join efforts.
 
•    Demonstrate analytical rigor to help clients build better portfolios
 
•    Understand client needs and market trends, provide ideas and solutions to intermediaries to maximize sales
 
•    Responsible for providing performance data to clients, answering clients questions / queries on products and other sales related matters
 
•    Work closely with Marketing Team for new products and marketing campaigns launches and to build out appropriate messaging to client base
 
•    Understand the competitive landscape and position BlackRock products to grow market share.
 
•    Maintain an accurate and current log of all activities and opportunities in relevant CRM systems
- Manage and follow up of team´s budgeting and financials.

Skills and Qualifications:
 
• years as an experienced investment professional is preferred (not mandatory)
 
•       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, OneNote, etc.)
 
•      Programming skills will be considered an advantage.
 
•       Strong overall sales acumen and analytical skills.
 
•       Highly proficient in explaining markets and in positioning/blending the benefits of active portfolios, ETFs, and models.
 
•       Ambitious work ethic, professional disposition, detail–oriented and a passion for investments.
 
•       Ability to build relationships and influence people at all levels and functions; can work through difficult problems and in conflict situations.
 
•       Flexibility in work schedule and willingness to travel when required.
 
•       Bachelor's degree required, fluency in English is required
 
•       Strong team player, detail oriented and collaborate internally to utilize BlackRock's resources
