Our Cobot Welding Cells combine robotics, AI, and intelligent controls to deliver next-generation manufacturing performance.
To support our rapid expansion in Latin America, Huayan Robotics is seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Manager to lead our Cobot Welding Cell sales in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand Huayan's Cobot Welding Cell business throughout Brazil.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in industries such as automotive, aerospace, construction, and metal fabrication.
- Build and manage relationships with existing customers, distributors, and system integrators.
- Lead the complete sales cycle — from lead generation, technical presentation, quotation, to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Provide technical support and consultation to customers regarding welding processes (MIG, TIG, Laser) and integration with PLCs, Python, and SDKs.
- Collaborate closely with Huayan's engineering and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and solution success.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer demands to refine regional sales strategies.
- Represent Huayan Robotics at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions in Brazil.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and growth goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field (preferred).
- 3+ years of sales experience in robotics, welding automation, or industrial automation equipment.
- Strong understanding of robotic arms, PLC programming, Python, and SDK integration.
- Knowledge of welding processes: MIG, TIG, and Laser.
- Excellent technical and business communication skills.
- Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English (required).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, capable of working independently in a remote role.
- Must be a Brazilian Citizen, residing anywhere in Brazil.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Brazil (50–70%).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R$9, R$12,826.73 per month
