Head of CRM (Brazil)
to lead our customer relationship management efforts in one of our key markets.

Your Role:
As the
Head of CRM for Brazil
, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a customer relationship strategy that enhances customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. You will lead the CRM team, leveraging data-driven insights to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with our Brazilian audience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute the CRM strategy for the Brazilian market, aligned with local market trends and consumer behavior
  • Lead and mentor the CRM team, nurturing talent and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, results-oriented campaigns
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor KPIs, evaluate campaign performance, and optimize customer journeys
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a consistent brand message and seamless customer experience
  • Design and implement loyalty programs, promotions, and personalized offers that drive customer retention and acquisition
  • Identify new opportunities for customer engagement through various channels
  • Develop and manage the CRM budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximize return on investment
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting CRM strategies in the gaming sector

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM or related roles within the iGaming or technology sectors
  • Strong understanding of the Brazilian gaming market, customer behavior, and regulatory environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM strategies that increase customer engagement and loyalty
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
  • Strong familiarity with CRM tools and platforms, marketing automation tools, and data analytics software
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
