Job Description
Therapeutic Specialist (Oncologia)

O Therapeutic Specialist é o profissional de referência no relacionamento científico e comercial com médicos e stakeholders do ecossistema oncológico em seu território.

Sua missão é garantir a implementação local da estratégia de marca, promovendo a educação médica e o acesso a terapias inovadoras com ética, conhecimento técnico e foco no paciente.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Representar o portfólio de Oncologia da companhia com profundo conhecimento científico e alinhamento às diretrizes corporativas.
  • Planejar e executar o plano tático do território, com base em dados de mercado e análise de performance.
  • Realizar visitas presenciais a médicos, clínicas e hospitais, promovendo discussões científicas de alto nível.
  • Identificar oportunidades de negócio e de expansão de acesso aos produtos.
  • Trabalhar em colaboração com áreas internas para otimizar a execução das estratégias.
  • Participar de congressos, eventos científicos e treinamentos para atualização constante.
  • Monitorar o ambiente competitivo e reportar insights relevantes sobre mercado, clientes e concorrência.
  • Garantir que todas as atividades estejam em conformidade com as políticas de compliance e regulamentações da indústria farmacêutica. Requisitos
  • Formação superior em áreas da saúde, biológicas ou afins.
  • Experiência prévia em visitação médica, preferencialmente na área de Oncologia ou especialidades de alta complexidade.
  • Forte capacidade de comunicação científica e influência.
  • Perfil analítico, proativo e orientado a resultados.
