Reponsabilidades- Disponibilidade mínima de 50% para viagens nacionais, além de viagens internacionais, com foco no desenvolvimento de clientes e na expansão de mercado.
- Garantir o cumprimento das metas de volume de vendas junto a clientes finais e representantes comerciais.
- Gerenciar condições comerciais (preço, prazo e PVL), ocorrências com clientes (OCs), receita e participação de mercado, assegurando a execução dos planos de vendas e das previsões orçamentárias.
- Monitorar constantemente o mercado e a concorrência para antecipar movimentos e ajustar estratégias.
- Prestar suporte completo às atividades de vendas e pós-venda, incluindo análise de necessidades dos clientes, visitas periódicas, identificação de tendências, prospecção de novos mercados e oportunidades.
- Acompanhar o desempenho da equipe de vendas e representantes comerciais por meio de relatórios diários, garantindo o alcance das metas de faturamento e margem.
- Contribuir com o desenvolvimento de novos produtos, identificando tendências de consumo e oportunidades emergentes de mercado.
- Monitorar e atuar na redução da inadimplência, por meio do acompanhamento da saúde financeira dos clientes.
- Avaliar a sustentabilidade econômica, financeira, ambiental e social dos clientes, com foco na longevidade dos relacionamentos comerciais e na manutenção das operações com a empresa.
- Acompanhar a liberação de pedidos bloqueados, assegurando o atendimento adequado ao mercado conforme as previsões de vendas.
- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de vendas personalizadas ao mercado brasileiro, com foco em incremento de receita e aumento da penetração de mercado.
- Técnicas de vendas e de negociação
- Marketing industrial
- Metalurgia e mecânica de equipamentos
- Conhecimentos das Normas ISO e sistema de Gestão da Qualidade
- SAP
- Ensino superior em engenharia concluído (Engenharia Mecânica, Metalúrgica, Materiais ou de Produção).
- Inglês avançado
- Espanhol intermediário
- Retorno de férias de 62,5%
