Relationship Manager, Alpha (Remote) – $100,000/year USD Join Trilogy as a Relationship Manager for Alpha, a remote role focused on expanding Alpha’s educational platform into new markets through strategic digital relationship building and partner collaboration. Base pay: $50.00 hr (equivalent to $100,000 USD/year). What you’ll do: Orchestrate and nurture game‑changing partnerships with community influencers to amplify Alpha’s presence in new markets. Design and deploy partner success kits with compelling content and campaign resources to fuel successful local initiatives. Lead qualification and relationship documentation, ensuring seamless handoffs to our admissions team. Harness cutting‑edge AI tools to supercharge outreach efforts and maintain pristine partner records. Shape and refine our partnership playbook based on real‑world insights and winning strategies. What you won’t do: Be lost in endless strategy sessions – we focus on actionable results. Travel – impact happens through digital channels and remote engagement. Manage post‑lead enrollment – the admissions team handles that. Follow marketing directives – you drive local momentum. Key responsibilities: Spearhead and scale Alpha’s market presence in new locations by orchestrating remote, partner‑driven initiatives that generate high‑quality leads and create authentic community buzz. Basic requirements: Proven track record of 3+ years building and nurturing community partnerships or leading grassroots initiatives. Demonstrated success in independently managing full‑cycle relationship pipelines from initial contact to conversion. Ability to engage and influence high‑caliber stakeholders and affluent family demographics. Strong command of CRM platforms such as HubSpot and enthusiasm for leveraging AI to optimize operations. Flexibility to accommodate partner schedules, including occasional evening and weekend commitments. Current authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada without visa sponsorship. About Alpha: Alpha School is on a mission to reshape education with an AI‑powered, accelerated model that lets students master core academics in just two hours a day, leaving time for hands‑on, passion‑driven learning that prepares them for the real world. Working with us: This is a full‑time, long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
