Our opportunity:
We are currently looking to grow our team with a Talent Acquisition Global Vendor & Program Specialist in the Global Talent Acquisition team.
This role will provide oversight of day-to-day Talent Acquisition Global Systems and Operations, supporting Talent Acquisition and partners across the businesses. You will play a key role with core responsibilities that will assist in the growth of the various business segments. Your focus will include Candidate/New Hire/Hiring Manager Experiences, Process and Vendor Program Management, Purchase Orders, Budgeting, and Contracts, in both strategic and operational manners.
Note: This is a remote position in Brazil (SP) with your core team based in the United States and the Czech Republic. The work will be performed in English. Please apply with resume written in English.
Your involvement and responsibilities (just to name a few):
Possession of the following traits will be needed to demonstrate success in this role:
- Process invoices, create purchase orders, and problem-solve to resolve issues when they arise
- Conduct an assessment/evaluation of all the vendors, including looking at their services, scope/reach, performance, and cost
- Analyze current contracts and tools utilization and suggest improvements when possible
- Serve as the point of contact for Talent Acquisition (TA) vendors; demonstrate the ability to successfully work and collaborate with cross-functional teams/partners (finance, procurement, accounting, and more) to manage vendor relationships, vendor onboarding, and contracts
- Work directly with management and cross-functional teams to manage and expand the global new hire welcome kit program
- Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize multiple projects within time constraints
Your success factors:
- A minimum of 5 years of corporate experience within HR, vendor management, procurement, project management, or similar areas.
- This position supports Talent Acquisition operations and systems; however, Talent Acquisition experience is not mandatory or required.
- Must have a desire for organization and good time management for remote work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and other business systems (SAP is a big plus)
- Positive relationship building, interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and feel empowered working in a global, cross-functional, and diverse team
- Strong project management skills and the ability to demonstrate creativity
- Capable of cross-functional collaboration and driving horizontal strategy across multiple subsegment areas
- Analytical skills and eye for detail
- Flexibility and agility as we grow, expand, and innovate the TA function
- A passion for the topic and pride in your work and leading the change
