We are looking for a Post-Sales Manager to strengthen the adoption of the Flow platform, which leverages Artificial Intelligence to accelerate software development. This person will play a key role in supporting both post-sales and sales teams, ensuring that client expectations are clearly aligned during the sales process and that they experience tangible value and a positive journey when using the product.
Responsibilities
Manage and evolve the enablement and support program for sales and post-sales teams, ensuring they are well equipped to align client expectations and deliver a consistent, high-value experience.
Support post-sales teams, providing technical and strategic guidance, as well as problem resolution.
Develop guidance materials and documentation to support commercial offers.
Define methods, processes, and standards as a guidance for post-sales teams.
Provide and direct enablement materials for internal teams.
Create and monitor success metrics, driving continuous improvement in processes.
Collaborate with product, sales, support, and development teams to align strategies and client needs.
Technical requirements
Advanced English (spoken and written).
Experience in product management and/or delivery management.
Knowledge of software development operations.
Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience designing and monitoring success metrics.
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Prompt Engineering (nice to have).
Soft skills
Strong interpersonal skills and influence.
Flexibility to adapt to different contexts and clients.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Continuous improvement mindset, constantly seeking process enhancements.
Fast learning ability, especially in emerging technologies.
