About The Role

We are looking for a Professional Services Intern to support our customizations Development team, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of technical customizations and reports used by our customers across Latin America.

This internship is designed for students who want to gain hands-on experience in SQL development, reporting, and ERP/MES customization, working under the guidance of experienced consultants. The intern will have exposure to real customer scenarios, business processes, and enterprise systems in a structured learning environment.

What You Will Do

• Assist in the development and maintenance of SQL Server objects (queries, views, stored procedures, and scripts).
• Support analysis of the system's data model, understanding relationships and dependencies.
• Assist in building and maintaining SSRS reports, including datasets and basic layouts.
• Support customization activities using DWS/TMS scripting, with guidance from senior team members.
• Help document technical solutions, procedures, and handover materials.
• Participate in requirement discussions with internal teams to understand business scenarios.
• Assist in testing and validating custom solutions.
• Support troubleshooting and minor adjustments in existing custom components.
• Follow internal development standards and best practices.
• Participate in go-live and stabilization support activities when required.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled (2nd year or above) in one of the following programs:

• Analysis and Systems Development

• Computer Engineering

• Computer Science

• Software Development or related fields

• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with programming concepts and logic.
• Basic understanding of HTML.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic to intermediate English or Spanish for technical communication.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Academic or personal projects involving databases or reporting.
• Introductory experience with SQL Server or similar databases.
• Basic exposure to Pascal, Delphi, or scripting languages.
• Interest in ERP, MES, or enterprise software environments.
• Interest in manufacturing, packaging, or industrial systems.
