Work Hero is a premium WordPress support and development subscription for digital agencies. We currently support over 1,200 websites for more than 60 digital agencies across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
Role Description
We're looking for a part-time Business Administration Intern (Administrative Focus) to support our management team with administrative, financial, and operational tasks.
This position requires good communication skills in both English and Portuguese, strong organizational abilities, and availability during Brazilian afternoon working hours.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in financial organization and bookkeeping using QuickBooks (training provided)
- Help manage employee data and HR processes through FactorialHR
- Support company executives with various administrative and operational tasks, such as:
- Contacting business partners and clients
- Scheduling meetings and organizing calendars
- Preparing reports and internal documents
- Maintain organization across internal systems and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- University student in Business Administration or related field
- Advanced or fluent English (for communication with our international team)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive and reliable attitude
- Available to work part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) during Brazilian business hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in learning about financial management, HR, and operations
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and/or FactorialHR is a plus (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Experience with remote work tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.)
