Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Knowledge Specialist located in Porto Alegre, RS. The Knowledge Specialist will be responsible for organizing and managing information, creating and maintaining knowledge databases, and ensuring that relevant information is easily accessible to team members. Day-to-day tasks include researching and analyzing data, developing knowledge management strategies, and collaborating with other departments to ensure effective knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Research and Data Analysis skills
- Experience with Knowledge Management and Information Organization
- Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in using knowledge management software and tools
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in the manufacturing or consumer appliances industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Library Science, or related field
