Requisitos Técnicos:

  • Conhecimento em equipe com metodologias ágeis e DEVOPS;
  • Análise e compreensão das necessidades do cliente para os canais digitais
  • Realizar o levantamento, análise e documentação das necessidades de negócio, traduzindo-as em requisitos funcionais e não funcionais claros e detalhados.
  • Identificar falhas e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos, propondo soluções que apoiem o plano de negócio.
  • Ser o principal ponto de contato e facilitador entre as equipes de negócio e a equipe técnica (desenvolvimento, QA, etc.).
  • Elaborar a documentação de casos de teste, acompanhar e testes funcionais e de aceitação para garantir que a solução entregue atende aos requisitos definidos
  • Forte habilidade analítica para mapear processos, identificar gaps e propor soluções

Desejável:

  • Conhecimento em plataformas de Atendimento (Nice, Genesys, Avaya)
