About Us
Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan—the global delivery giant—is on a mission to transform food and consumer product delivery worldwide. With our core belief: "We help people eat better, live better," we're taking innovation to the global stage. Our story began in 2023 in Hong Kong, China, where we became an industry leader in under a year. Building on that momentum, we entered Saudi Arabia in 2024 and soon expanded to over 20 cities. In 2025, we accelerated further, launching in Qatar, Kuwait, and the UAE within a remarkable 40-day span. This was followed by our entry into Brazil, progressing from a pilot in Santos and São Vicente to an official launch in São Paulo, with more destinations ahead.
What You'll Do
- Assist the user research team in conducting research on Portuguese-speaking market users, collecting and organizing user needs, pain points, and behavior habits. 2. Responsible for arranging, communicating, and supporting interviews with Portuguese-speaking users, as well as drafting research summaries. 3. Assist in designing and executing user surveys, organizing and analyzing data, and producing user insight reports. 4. Assist the team in completing other support tasks related to Portuguese-speaking user research.
What We Need From You
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree. 2. Excellent proficiency in Portuguese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), capable of using it as a working language; good English communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is a plus. 3. Strong interest in user research, product design, or user experience, with good learning ability and logical thinking. 4. Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong teamwork and communication skills. 5. Internship duration of no less than 3 months, based in São Paulo.
