We are looking for a motivated field service technician who is committed to providing our customers with the best possible support to work on Laser, Bending and Automation equipment in a top-tier global company with its own innovative technology.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop good technical knowledge in Laser, Bending and Automation equipment.
  • Perform field services on Bystronic / DNE equipment
  • Perform diagnostics and repairs with minimal assistance
  • Knowledge of machine structure and movement
  • Conduct installations, startups and commissioning of machines
  • Provide 1st level telephone support
  • Instruct the client on application, procedures, operation and safety of machines.
  • Responsibility for goods and work tools provided.
  • Build a positive relationship with the customer.

  • NPS Indicator
  • 360 Advisor Participation
  • FTFR Indicator
  • Punctuality

Required Personal Skills:

  • Technical or higher education in mechanics/electricals.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance.
  • Possibility of working overtime and weekends.
  • Possibility of travel 75%.
  • Location in SP states.
  • Driver's license B.
  • Advanced level of English required.

Educational/Professional Qualifications:

  • Technical or higher education in Mechanics/Electronics.
  • Advanced English level

Work Experience:

  • Experience in equipment maintenance.
  • Experience in field services.
