What You'll Do:

We are seeking an Intern for our commercial team in LATAM. You will be part of the team who attends existing clients in the LATAM market. You will be learning and working with advertisers' side of Criteo Business, supporting internal and external clients optimizing and analyzing campaigns, along with cultivating a strong productive relationship with clients and internal operations team.

  • Provide first-level troubleshooting for Criteo products and features;
  • Monitoring, optimizing & reporting campaign performances to advertisers and media agencies;
  • Provide support on various types of clients;
  • Helping the AS team identify growth opportunities within current existing business portfolio;
  • Act as a bridge between the account strategy team and Ops;
  • Work with the Account Strategy team to develop analysis and optimizations;
  • Performing admin tasks such as creating IOs and tickets for Operations teams;
  • Helping build Case-studies: You will collect information and build customized case-studies for clients alongside Marketing teams;
  • Must be able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines;
Who You Are:
  • Desire to learn about AdTech market and all the challenges on this business worldwide;
  • Business sense to handle a multitasking environment where prioritization is key;
  • Analytical skills and attention to details to explore product performances and explain any recommendation made;
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels of interlocutors;
  • Passion for new media, internet trends and continual learning;
  • Strong knowledge of all core MS Office applications;
  • Clear and effective communication skills;
  • Ability to build and write reports;
  • Advanced English;
