We are currently looking for a Microsoft Teams and Power Platform Expert to work with our biggest customer in a hybrid role in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions using Microsoft Teams and Power Platform.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution blueprints.
  • Define integration strategies with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems.
  • Development & Implementation
  • Build custom apps using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
  • Automate workflows with Power Automate and integrate with Teams.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Create and deploy chatbots using Power Virtual Agents within Teams.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Establish governance, security, and compliance standards for Power Platform usage.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in solution architecture and development using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams extensibility and integration capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure Functions, and REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with governance, security, and lifecycle management in Power Platform.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400, MS-600) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Background in enterprise collaboration, digital workplace, or business process automation.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, TypeScript) and backend development (C#, .NET) is advantageous.
