Job Description

Product Operations Specialist Or Lead - Logistics The individual must be capable of taking Process-Oriented Approach in achieving results. Strong ability to identify patterns of a process and being able to define required changes in the pattern to alter outcome is a must. The candidate must be competent in logical reasoning when supporting for new ideas. Must possess characteristics of taking ownership of the work performed and making efficient deliveries with minimal supervision. Prior work experience in operating a business software application as a administrator or being part of software development/implementation projects in any capacity is required. Experience as a User, Junior Business Analyst or a QA in Logistic Management or Enterprise Resource Planning software is an advantage.
Job description

• Become the subject matter experts in logistics and fulfilment systems and guide business teams on operating the systems. Develop training materials and conduct trainings.

• Convert business process requirements across warehouse and logistics units and facilitate business units to configure the processes in system/identify new feature requirements.

• Prepare documentations on the business process flow that is executed through the system.

• Audit the system execution of business process to ensure that it is functioning according to configurations and take corrective actions where necessary.

• Develop Test Cases in line with business process and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to rollout new system features released by technical team. Manage system issues reported through the tickets raised by business teams.

• Process such tickets and coordinate with technical team to resolve system issues. Maintain records of configuration changes and tracking of issues reported and resolved.

• Prepare documentations on the business process flow that is executed through the system.

• Gather business process information, identify the ways to optimize processes and develop Standard Operating Procedures to execute same via system.

Position Requirement

Skills & Qualifications.

• Bachelor's degree in CS, STEM, Supply Chain or business subject preferred.

• 2-3+ years' prior experience in Logistics Management Systems, Warehouse Management Systems or Data Management Systems – experience in either business or technical capacities are considered.

• Microsoft Excel proficiency, experience with analytics strongly recommended. SQL, HTML, JavaScript experience preferred. Familiarity with multiple system integrations, REST API will be an advantage.

• Experience in any Project Management Tool or a Ticketing Management Tool will be an advantage.

• Experience in process flow documentation and diagramming is preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
