We are looking for a skilled Lead Software Engineer (React & React Native),  to join our team and contribute to building robust, scalable, and high-performance backend solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative remote environment.

Remote Position – Strong English Skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of cross‑platform applications using React and React Native for Vega OS, iOS, Android, and the Web.
  • Build and maintain responsive, high‑performance UIs with strong CSS layout and animation fundamentals.
  • Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and third‑party services.
  • Drive performance improvements (e.g., Google Web Vitals), apply debugging/testing tools, and ensure robust unit testing with Jest.
  • Configure and optimize web builds with Webpack and support monorepo approaches that integrate web and mobile solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on JavaScript and front‑end development.
  • Hands‑on expertise with React, React Native, Redux, TypeScript, , and Jest.
  • Proven ability to build responsive web/mobile applications and optimize for performance and user experience.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in stakeholder collaboration, requirements clarification, and project estimation.
  • emonstrated leadership and mentoring of development teams; experience supporting onboarding and team growth.
  • Solid understanding of cross‑platform mobile compatibility and associated solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in testing processes.
