Descrição do Cargo
Estamos procurando um profissional para a área de vendas que será responsável por gerenciar o atendimento ao cliente e promover nossos serviços. As responsabilidades diárias incluem prospecção de novos clientes, atendimento e suporte ao cliente, treinamento de novos integrantes da equipe de vendas e gestão do processo de vendas. Este é um cargo de tempo integral e requer presença no local em Belo Horizonte, MG.
Qualificações
- Comunicação e Atendimento ao Cliente:
Habilidades de comunicação claras e eficazes, tanto verbal quanto escrita, bem como experiência em atendimento ao cliente. - Vendas:
Experiência em processos de vendas, incluindo técnicas de prospecção e finalização de vendas. - CRM
: Capacidade de usar softwares de vendas, ferramentas de videoconferência e outras tecnologias relevantes para a função.
