Job Title: Remote Customer Support Specialist (100% Work From Home) 

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,000 - $1,500 USD/month depending on experience paid via Wise

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8.5hrs per day with a 30-min break between 6:00am to 6:00pm Pacific Time

A clean energy and tech industry veteran, they offer over 1,000 products to contractors, farmers, ranchers, and DIY homesteaders.
They specialize in practical, reliable solar energy systems—from off-grid residential installations to large-scale commercial projects. Their mission is to make clean, sustainable energy accessible and affordable while providing exceptional consultative system design, product recommendations, and year-round technical support.
 
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support and Order Fulfillment Specialist to join their team and support the President/Owner in day-to-day operations. This role is critical to maintaining their reputation for exceptional customer service and efficient order processing. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, organized professional who can seamlessly handle customer interactions across multiple channels while ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities: 

Customer Support (Primary Focus Area)

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chatRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries about products, orders, and technical questionsTroubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions with a friendly, helpful approachDocument customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems

Order Fulfillment (Primary Focus Area)

Review and process incoming orders with attention to detailConduct fraud prevention checks to protect both the company and customersCreate and manage purchase orders (POs) accuratelyCoordinate and arrange shipping logistics with carriersPerform data entry tasks with high accuracyTrack orders and proactively communicate with customers about order statusCollaborate with warehouse and vendors to ensure timely fulfillment

General Administrative Support

Assist with special projects as assigned by the President/OwnerIdentify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencyAdapt to changing priorities and business needs with flexibility

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:   

Required Qualifications:

Fluent English proficiency with clear, accent-neutral communication (both written and verbal) - this is essential for customer interactionsStrong willingness to learn new systems, processes, and product knowledgePrevious experience in customer service or order fulfillment roles (1-2 years preferred)Reliable high-speed internet connection and appropriate office setup for remote workAvailability to work for an 8.5 hour period each day Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM Pacific Time
