We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Chatbot Developer Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with a solid foundation in JavaScript and a passion for creating seamless conversational experiences. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing our AI-powered chatbots, with a focus on enhancing the customer journey within our e-commerce operations.
Suas responsabilidades incluirão

• Develop and implement conversational chatbots using JavaScript.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications for chatbot features.
• Analyze chatbot performance data to identify user trends, optimize conversational flows, and improve overall efficiency.
• Integrate chatbot solutions with key e-commerce platforms, with a focus on VTEX and Infobip.
• Contribute to the full development lifecycle of our conversational AI solutions for e-commerce.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure the stability and reliability of the chatbots.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in conversational AI and e-commerce.

Requisitos mínimos

• Complete Bachelor Degree
• Proven experience as a developer, with a specific focus on building chatbots.
• Proficiency in the JavaScript programming language.
• Experience in requirements analysis and data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in creating conversational chatbots for e-commerce.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Habilidades e experiências desejáveis

• Hands-on experience with the VTEX platform.
• Experience with the Infobip platform
• Familiarity with other programming languages and frameworks (e.g., , Python).
• Understanding of NLP (Natural Language Processing) and NLU (Natural Language Understanding) concepts.
• Experience with A/B testing and analytics tools for conversational interfaces.
