Job Summary:

The Customer Operations / License Management Senior Representative ensures accurate processing of customer orders, revenue, and invoices. This role involves direct interaction with customers and internal stakeholders, handling complex transactions, resolving issues, and contributing to process improvements. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong technical and communication skills, capable of working independently and mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities:

Order & Contract Transactions Specialist

  • Process complex transactions related to licenses, software, services, revenue, and invoices.
  • Ensure completeness of proof of business (POB) and delivery across systems.
  • Apply deep expertise in rules, policies, and processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in key operational areas.

Customer Satisfaction Specialist

  • Address and resolve complex customer issues with ownership and professionalism.
  • Ensure efficient and positive resolution of customer queries.

Stakeholder Collaboration Specialist

  • Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders regarding order status.
  • Resolve interruptions in order processing and enhance stakeholder relationships.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration.

Process Improvement Specialist

  • Review and refine policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Lead initiatives to improve scalability and customer satisfaction.
  • Create process maps and documentation to identify gaps and drive improvements.

Trainer

  • Mentor and train team members, especially during onboarding.
  • Share knowledge and promote team growth aligned with PTC values.

Personal Development

  • Set and pursue personal development goals.
  • Continuously assess and improve personal skills and performance.
