Responsibilities:
- Advanced English – Fluent
- After-sales customer journey
- (emails, referral program, Loyalty Program/Rewards Plan)
- Service and active communication with clients
- Developing and implementing customer experience strategies and initiatives
- Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensuring consistent and positive customer interactions across all touchpoints
- Surveys and Reports
- Active Marketing
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction
- Monitoring customer metrics and reporting on CX performance
- Resolving escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience management.
- Measuring and reporting on key performance indicators related to customer experience.
