A função
Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar com suporte técnico de sistemas, assegurando a excelência no atendimento às empresas clientes e a continuidade dos serviços, oferecendo soluções ágeis e eficazes que garantam o pleno funcionamento dos sistemas. Procuramos um(a) profissional que será responsável pelo atendimento aos usuários, prestando suporte técnico na operação de sistemas, atuando de forma analítica e preventiva, com proatividade na melhoria de processos.
O que irá fazer
- Prestar suporte técnico aos usuários na operação dos sistemas de gestão.
- Registrar ocorrências e abrir chamados, contribuindo para atividades corretivas e de melhoria dos serviços.
- Orientar, treinar e esclarecer dúvidas técnicas sobre recursos implantados ou modificados nos sistemas de gestão para as demais áreas da empresa.
- Realizar atendimentos conforme prioridades pré-definidas, direcionando reclamações para as soluções adequadas.
- Orientar os usuários quanto à utilização dos sistemas de TI da empresa, promovendo ajustes de conduta quando necessário.
- Monitorar proativamente sistemas e indicadores, identificando e solucionando problemas por meio de relatórios e análises, contribuindo com insights para o suporte técnico às áreas envolvidas.
- Prestar suporte a integrações e APIs.
Colaborar com os times de Produto e Desenvolvimento - O que buscamos
- Conhecimento intermediário no pacote office;
- Experiência com sistemas B2B;
- Conhecimento em banco de dados linguagem SQL;
- Experiência em consumo de API´s e uso de ferramentas de apoio como POSTMAN
- Gestão e criação de indicadores da área de suporte
- Capacidade de analisar processos e propor melhorias para os stakeholders

The role
We are looking for a professional to provide technical systems support, ensuring excellence in customer service for client companies and the continuity of services by delivering agile and effective solutions that guarantee the full operation of systems.This professional will be responsible for assisting users by providing technical support in system operations, working in an analytical and preventive manner, and demonstrating proactivity in process improvement.
What you'll be doing
- Provide technical support to users in the operation of management systems.
- Log incidents and open support tickets, contributing to corrective activities and service improvements.
- Guide, train, and clarify technical questions regarding newly implemented or modified features in management systems for other company areas.
- Handle requests according to predefined priorities, directing complaints to the appropriate solutions.
- Advise users on the use of the company's IT systems, promoting conduct adjustments when necessary.
- Proactively monitor systems and indicators, identifying and resolving issues through reports and analyses, and contributing insights to support the involved areas.
- Provide support for integrations and APIs.
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams.
Who you are
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with B2B systems
- Knowledge of databases and SQL language
- Experience in API consumption and use of support tools such as Postman
- Management and creation of support area indicators
- Ability to analyze processes and propose improvements to stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
