Key Responsibilities:

  • Support AWS customer teams in business transformation initiatives and cloud adoption strategies under close guidance of senior AWS Advisory team members

  • Assist in applying the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) to help customers understand their cloud transformation journey

  • Contribute to gathering and organizing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement

  • Support the creation of basic business cases and transformation roadmaps

  • Help document customer engagement deliverables, outcomes, and metrics

  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and assist in documenting key findings

Basic Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in business, technology, or related field

  • Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)

  • Familiarity with business analysis methodologies

  • Proficiency in documentation and presentation creation

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and common collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

  • Basic knowledge of process improvement techniques

  • Understanding of change management principles

  • Good communication skills (oral & written)

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or equivalent knowledge

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
