Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Media

About the Role:

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to develop, execute, and manage impactful media strategies that drive success. Your role will involve selecting the most effective media channels and optimizing budgets to maximize campaign performance.

Keys Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive strategic media plans
  • Create and Optimise Digital Media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Work on campaign pacing, adjusting budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Track, report and analyse campaign performance
  • Present weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly business reviews to the clients' teams, including campaign results, competitive data, learnings and recommendations.
  • Serve as the client's key point of contact, manage projects and deadlines, deliver client reporting, and analyse media campaign results.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in using digital media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc)
  • Knowledge in Amazon Ads and/ or SEO will be a differential
  • Being certified (Google Ads, GA4, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest,...) is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • A strong sense of ownership, integrity, and honesty
  • Strong analytical skills
