We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience and be comfortable working in a collaborative environment spanning Brazil and the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance existing Apex-heavy Salesforce applications
  • Support Community (Experience Cloud) logic developed in Aura
  • Assist in transitioning to newer Salesforce capabilities like LWC and Promotions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the system
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices

Mandatory Requirements

  • 4–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong English Skills (level B2-C1).
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Aura Components, and Salesforce Communities (Experience Cloud)
  • Experience with or willingness to adopt LWC
  • Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and DevOps processes
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in a distributed team environment
