O BDR Sênior da Omnismart é responsável por abrir as portas certas. Com foco em grandes contas, seu papel é identificar, mapear e abordar empresas estratégicas com alto potencial de receita. Atuando de forma consultiva e com inteligência comercial, este profissional é essencial para gerar oportunidades qualificadas e manter o funil de vendas sempre saudável.
É um cargo de alta relevância, voltado para quem gosta de desafios, tem visão estratégica e sabe como despertar o interesse certo, na empresa certa, na hora certa.

Responsabilidades
  • Identificar, qualificar e prospectar ativamente grandes contas alinhadas ao perfil ideal de cliente (ICP) da Omnismart.
  • Realizar pesquisas estratégicas para mapear stakeholders e entender as dores e necessidades do negócio.
  • Abordar decisores por meio de e-mails personalizados, ligações, redes sociais e outros canais relevantes.
  • Agendar reuniões qualificadas para o time de Closer, fornecendo contexto e informações completas sobre o lead.
  • Utilizar o CRM para registrar todas as interações e manter o pipeline atualizado e organizado.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com os times de Vendas e Marketing para otimizar estratégias de prospecção.
  • Monitorar métricas de performance (número de contatos, taxa de conversão, agendamentos etc.) e buscar melhoria contínua.
  • Representar a Omnismart com postura profissional, empatia e conhecimento de mercado.
Requisitos
Escolaridade:
  • Ensino Médio completo (superior em andamento ou completo será considerado um diferencial).

  • Comunicação Clara e Persuasiva – Avançado
  • Inteligência Comercial e Análise de ICP – Avançado
  • Mapeamento de Mercado e Stakeholders – Avançado
  • Geração e Qualificação de Leads – Avançado
  • Utilização de CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce ou similares) – Avançado
  • Organização e Registro de Dados – Avançado
  • Capacidade de trabalhar com metas e ritmo intenso – Avançado
  • Autonomia, resiliência e proatividade – Avançado
Diferenciais:
  • Experiência prévia como BDR focado em grandes contas B2B.
  • Vivência com empresas de tecnologia, inovação ou SaaS.
  • Conhecimento em metodologias como SPIN Selling, SDR/BDR frameworks ou cadências multicanais.
