Responsibilitie
- Supply Chain & Solution Implementation: Improve existing processes while integrating new solutions seamlessly with platforms such as SAP, Neptune DX, and other enterprise systems to ensure robust functionality.
- Business & Technology Alignment: Serve as a vital conduit between business and technology teams, ensuring that strategic initiatives are executed with precision and collaboration.
- Solution Design & Development: Utilize your expertise to design scalable, user-friendly solutions leveraging React JS, manage the Neptune DX configuration, and provide support for various system integrations.
- Project & Quality Management: Lead project implementations, oversee comprehensive testing phases, and ensure that deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and guide teams, facilitate decision-making processes, and ensure that requirements are clearly communicated and understood across all levels.
- User Enablement & Continuous Improvement: Provide training to users, maintain detailed documentation, and continually optimize processes for enhanced performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience as a Functional Analyst in Supply Chain projects (preferably in Labeling & Packaging).
- Knowledge of Neptune DX, React JS, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Expertise in Python & SQL for process automation and data analysis.
- Ability to work globally, managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects.
- Fluent in English for international collaboration
Hybrid Position: 2x week in São José dos Campos
