Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead the annual performance management cycle for the assigned business unit, coaching managers on goal setting, feedback delivery, and merit calibration.
• Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning discussions, identifying high-potential employees and critical roles, and developing strategies to mitigate talent gaps.
• Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify, design, and deliver targeted training programs that address skill gaps and support employee growth.
• Support the recruitment strategy by working with Talent Acquisition to define job requirements, participate in key interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and implement employee retention strategies based on analysis of turnover data and exit interviews.

• Change Management: Experience leading organizational change initiatives, including restructurings, mergers, or cultural shifts, and helping employees and leaders navigate transitions effectively.
• Talent Management Expertise: Solid knowledge of performance management methodologies, talent review processes, succession planning, and employee development principles.
• Results Orientation: A focus on delivering tangible, high-quality results and demonstrating accountability for HR outcomes.
• Curiosity and Continuous Improvement: A proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities to improve processes, leverage technology, and enhance the employee experience.
