Description

Padrões, Versionamento e Gestão de Configuração

  • Definir e manter padrões de versionamento e estratégias de branching.
  • Garantir controle de configuração dos artefatos e ambientes.
  • Validar qualidade e aderência aos quality gates antes de cada release.
  • Executar processos de change control, aprovações e governança.
  • Manter documentação de ambientes, pipelines, processos e configurações.

Integração, Deploy e Suporte Técnico aos Times

  • Suportar squads na adoção dos padrões de integração e deployment.
  • Atuar alinhado com RM, Desenvolvimento, QA, Arquitetura e stakeholders.
  • Sugerir melhorias em processos de merge e gerenciamento de branches.

Gestão de Ferramentas e Repositórios

  • Experiência com repositórios Git (GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure Repos).
  • Garantir uso correto das ferramentas DevOps (ex.: Copado, GitLab).
  • Operar ferramentas de deploy: Copado, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.

Qualidade, CI/CD e Governança da Pipeline

  • Auxiliar na manutenção das pipelines e branches.
  • Monitorar e validar quality gates:
    • Análise estática (SonarQube)
    • Testes automatizados
    • Checks de segurança e compliance

Documentação e Comunicação

  • Criar e manter:
    • Apoiar no Checklists de deploy
    • Apoiar no Planos de rollback e contingência
  • Garantir comunicação eficaz entre todos os times envolvidos no release.
Requirements

Experiência Necessária

  • 4+ anos de experiência em Release Management, DevOps, Configuration Management ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Vivência em governança de pipelines, versionamento, Git e processos de deploy.
  • Experiência prática com projetos complexos e múltiplos ambientes.

Diferenciais

  • Atuação em projetos Salesforce.
  • Experiência em estruturas ágeis no modelo SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
  • Conhecimento de Copado Metadata Deployment Pipeline.
  • Vivência com auditorias SOX, ISO, ITIL.
