About the Role:
We're looking for an exceptional Senior Program Manager to spearhead the expansion of Amazon's External Fulfillment (EF) operations across Brazil. This role combines strategic leadership with operational execution to drive the growth of our Easy Ship and Seller Flex programs while ensuring seamless integration between First Mile and Last Mile operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Operations Leadership

• Lead the geographical expansion of External Fulfillment operations across Brazil's major metropolitan areas

• Develop and execute integration strategies for First Mile/Last Mile operations

• Design and implement scalable operational frameworks focusing on efficiency and cost optimization

• Create and manage performance measurement systems to track operational success

Program Development & Execution

• Own end-to-end strategy development and execution for Easy Ship and Seller Flex programs

• Drive seller selection expansion in targeted cities to optimize transportation costs and efficiency

• Develop comprehensive seller onboarding processes and growth strategies

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators for program effectiveness

• Lead initiatives to enhance seller experience through improved operational capabilities

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Operations, Seller Services, and Stores teams

• Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups

• Ensure alignment between operational capabilities and seller requirements

• Drive continuous improvement across the seller value chain

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing teams
- Experience in program or project management
