From uncovering the next clinical breakthrough, to rapid and reliable sample analysis, to more rigorous decision making—we are enabling clinicians to deliver the best possible care to their patients with improved efficiency, clinical confidence, adaptive collaboration, and accelerated intelligence.Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.The Field Service Engineering Expert T4 is responsible for is responsible for delivering services to our customers, performing preventive and corrective technical services in line with good maintenance practices, the FSE Expert has an important role in delivering results within business expectations, lead the field team (6-8 people), leading the installed base assigned to him/her for excellence in performance, the FSE Expert is the strongest link between the real needs of customers and Beckman Coulter organization, act as a business partner, leadership is essential in maintaining a high level of satisfaction and meeting customer needs.This position reports to the Field Service Coordinator SP+ and is part of Service Brasil located in São José dos Campos - SP and will be an on-site role. working exclusively within one of the company's most important clients as a Resident Engineer and visiting all customers sites (PE, MG, PR, SP, SC)In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Lead the Resident FSE team, Customer facing role and relationship. Lead as a team member and in partnership with their peers and the entire organization to achieve results.Act as a role model in how to better serve customers, Manage demands versus priorities, also lead plans that impact on service metrics in the pursuit of continuous improvement.Support the service business, execute the budget premises, overtime, spare parts consumption, travel and expenses, all Beckman Coulter resources, and key metrics performance.The essential requirements of the job include:degree in Engineering or similar, Experience >5 years in technical services (IVD) or similar industry.
